We are particularly proud that, despite the COVID-19 measures taken over the past two months, we have been able to continue our service to our clients and candidates with great satisfaction. It was, and still is, a period in which distance working and digital communication started to play an important role in the contacts with the Hiring Managers and HR professionals at our clients, as well as our employees who have continued to provide candidate presentations and placements for temporary assignments and/or permanent vacancies regarding Procurement, Logistics & Supply Chain and Facility Management.
Because both the client and the candidate remained first and foremost for our organization, and because we have continued to be flexible in dealing with their changing needs due to these uncertain times, as a niche HR office we continue to offer the distinctive capacity in devising innovative HR solutions.
We do not have to hide the fact that the impact of the coronavirus is also clearly visible in the vacancy markets, as a result of which the number of new vacancies has fallen substantially. Nevertheless, our discussions of the past two weeks with the business world show that the number of purchase and supply vacancies is gradually recovering.
The very targeted matching of candidates with assignments/vacancies is therefore becoming all the more important. That is why our organisation has recently optimised its selection strategy and invested in additional AI-powered Search & Match technology. This allows us to discuss our in-depth professional knowledge and experience within our sector even faster and more efficiently. Whether you are the Hiring manager or HR professional: we speak the same language and find the right match for you! Senior, medior or junior positions: you can come to us for all job levels.
